After successful completion of payment you will receive an automatic registration confirmation email after the registration has been completed online.
For security purposes, letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference. Once your registration is complete, please contact respective conference secretary to request a personalized letter of invitation. Please note we don’t provide any letter of guarantee for your visa purpose.
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to email@example.com or by informing respective conference secretary promptly via email as soon as possible to ensure the registration of the substitute participant. Details must be included the full name of substitute person, their title, contact phone number and email address. Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference of Avouch Conferences if the person is unable to attend one of conferences.
Conference organizers cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.
All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the respective conference secretary, If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements will be applied:
The date of the email received for refund request to respective conference secretary from the registrant will be the basis for considering refunds. Refunds will be made within the 3rd working weeks after the completion of the conference as per scheduled dates. In the case of excess-payment or double payment, refund requests must be made in writing and sent to the respective conference secretary or firstname.lastname@example.org
Organizers cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”.
Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
In the case of VISA refusal, the paid amount can be transferred to the other conference as per your choice. Participants who availed discounts on registration fee are not eligible for refunds. Except, if the event is cancelled.
If due to any circumstances, Organizers has to cancel or postpone this conference, all pre-paid registrants will be given the option to attend the rescheduled conference. Please note that the organizer or any associated party will not be liable to reimburse any costs incurred by you for travelling, accommodation, and other expenses made by you at an individual or group level.
The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the conference under the reason of amount to “force majeure” circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
Organizers official photographers will be taking photographs, recording video or making audio recordings during the Conference. The photographs, videos and audio recordings will be used for Conference related activities including in the promotional material, in both print and electronic format, including on the Internet via conference website and Social media for Conference purpose only.
