as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Food Science, Nutritional Science and Technology. It will be hosting the forum of Plenary, Keynotes, Invited
lectures and oral/Poster Presentations. As the food industry continues to evolve, we anticipate

As the saying goes ‘all roads lead to Rome’ and the
